Roofing Services Serving Coolidge, AZ

Based in Gilbert, we design, permit, and build accessory dwelling units for homeowners throughout Coolidge, AZ and the surrounding Arizona area.

Why Coolidge, AZ Homeowners Choose Us

Roof replacement systems sized for Gilbert's extreme UV load and 100°F+ summers — not just catalog defaults
Cool-roof-compatible shingle, metal, and tile options that reflect solar heat rather than absorbing it into your living space
Attic ventilation assessment included with every replacement — because a great roof and a poorly ventilated attic still leave you paying for it in July
Proper underlayment and insulation sequencing that works with your existing HVAC system, not against it
Permit-ready installations pulled and inspected through Gilbert's Building Department — no shortcuts that void your warranty or trigger problems at resale

Roof replacements in Gilbert require a building permit issued by the Town of Gilbert Building Department at 90 E. Civic Center Drive — permits can be applied for online through the Gilbert One Stop Shop
Straightforward re-roofing that uses the same material and doesn't alter structural loads may qualify as permit-exempt under Gilbert's local amendments to the IRC — but re-roofing with a different material type does require a permit
Residential plan review in Gilbert typically runs 10–15 business days, so factor that into your project timeline before scheduling installation
Gilbert bases its residential building code on the International Residential Code (IRC) with local Town of Gilbert amendments, and code requirements — including any energy/reflectance standards — can change; always confirm the current rules with the Building Department before work begins
Gilbert's Development Services can be reached at (480) 503-6700 or onestopshop@gilbertaz.gov for project-specific permit questions

Rules like these vary by lot and change often — the fastest way to know what applies to your property is to ask.
